Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. During product launches, limited-edition drops, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and destination of your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post's network and service conditions. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Sommelier of Sorts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you've ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

As many of our products are limited-edition, made-to-order, or produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
